Who are you?
Humans living in Mexico City. We draw, design and print our own shirts based on bands, zines and iconography we love.
We are fans of punk, hardcore, new wave, industrial, deathrock, etc.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Our products are hand made with a lot of care. In very few opportunities we spill ink and make mistakes here and there. So expect imperfection from our shirts. Don’t get us wrong, we put a lot of care into them and make sure everything looks good.
If something major is wrong with one of our products, let us know and we will exchange it.
Why do you do small runs?
Mostly because of laziness. We just make the shirts for ourselves or friends the rest is up for grabs. After that the screens get erased and ready for a new design.
Do you accept orders placed outside of Mexico?
We ship to anywhere in the world.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Yep, we live in Mexico. We mail all our shirts and music well protected and certified. It takes 20 work days to get to your hands. Have in mind that we go only twice a week to the post office.
Where do you print your shirts?
We print our shirts in a room somewhere in Mexico City.
What quality of shirt and printing do you use?
We use Gildan heavy cotton or softstyle shirts and sweaters or similar quality when possible. We mostly do water based on fabrics and oil based on paper. We use high quality and professional printing methods, we make mistakes here and there… So expect very slight variations on the printing, bleaching, a few ink spots, etc.
I ordered from you and got a track in the email but it shows the wrong shipping address, whats going on?
USPS reuses the tracks coming from Mexico. The right info will show up 10 days after shipped. Expect your package in 20 work days from the order. If you want extra info just shoot an email!
I placed an order but I never got a track?!
Check your spam, we send tracks a week later from the order.
My package got lost?!
We send our packages certified, so no matter what you will get it. We never had a problem before but the worst that could happen is that it get returned to us. Sadly if you want it sent back, you will have to pay for the extra shipping costs or get a partial refund (without the shipping costs). if it gets lost for some reason, we will make sure to get your money back or send you another shirt! We have lost only a handful of shirts in over 3000+ orders, so no worries.
I have a band and we are touring Mexico, can you make our T-shirts?
Yes we can for sure. Hit us up with what you want. We make custom stuff, bleached shirts, many colors, etc. Making things here will probably be cheaper than where you live.
I like one of your shirts but it is sold out. Would you print it again?
No, sorry.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The store checkout process is powered by PayPal or a simple bank deposit. Because of this, our store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection by this payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
